By renting a vehicle from Vroom, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

Renter must:

• Be 21 years or older

• Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license

• Provide a major credit card in their own name

Vroom reserves the right to refuse service.

2. Insurance

Renter must provide:

• Active personal auto insurance

• Liability & collision coverage

Failure to provide valid insurance makes the renter fully liable for all damages.

3. Payment Authorization

Renter authorizes Vroom to charge their card for:

• Damage or loss

• Tolls & violations

• Fuel replacement

• Cleaning fees

• Excess mileage

• Administrative costs

All charges are final.

4. Vehicle Condition

Renter agrees:

• Vehicle is received in good condition

• Vehicle will be returned in same condition

Additional charges apply for:

• Damage

• Missing items

• Odors

• Excessive dirt

5. Authorized Use

Vehicle may only be used by:

• The renter

• Approved drivers

Vehicle may NOT be used for:

• Racing or reckless driving

• Illegal activities

• Rideshare or delivery services

• Towing or off-road use

• Smoking or unauthorized pets

Violations make renter fully liable.

6. Damage Responsibility

Renter is responsible for:

• Repair costs

• Loss of value

• Downtime loss

• Towing

• Storage

• Theft

Theft must be reported immediately.

7. Fuel & Mileage

Vehicle must be returned:

• With same fuel level

Excess mileage may be charged.

8. Late Returns

Late returns may result in:

• Extra fees

• Legal action if vehicle is not returned within 24 hours

9. Liability

Renter agrees to hold Vroom harmless from:

• Claims

• Damages

• Legal liabilities

10. Agreement Termination

Vroom may terminate rental at any time due to:

• Policy violation

• Unsafe use

• Fraud

Vehicle must be returned immediately upon request.

11. Acceptance

By booking or using a Vroom vehicle, renter agrees to all terms.
