Refund Policy

At Vroom, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable rental experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking.

1. Booking Payments

All rental payments are non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.

This includes:

  • Rental fees

  • Security deposits (if forfeited due to damage or violations)

  • Administrative charges


2. Security Deposits

Security deposits are refundable only if:

  • The vehicle is returned on time

  • No damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations occur

  • No tolls, tickets, or additional fees are incurred

Deposits may be used to cover:

  • Vehicle damage

  • Late returns

  • Fuel replacement

  • Cleaning or smoking fees

  • Tolls or violations

  • Excess mileage

If deductions apply, the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded after inspection.


3. Early Returns

No refunds are provided for:

  • Early returns

  • Unused rental days


4. Cancellations

Bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by Vroom.

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • Vroom is unable to provide the reserved vehicle

  • Rental is cancelled by Vroom for operational reasons


5. Insurance & Claims

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Accidents

  • Insurance claim delays

  • Mechanical misuse

  • Violations of rental agreement


6. Late Return & No-Show

No refunds are issued for:

  • Late pickups

  • Failure to collect the vehicle

  • Late return penalties


7. Processing Time

Eligible refunds (if any) are processed within 5–10 business days after final inspection.
